Enablement Leader with a Sales track record.
I've spent every sales role building the enablement systems my teams didn't have.
Why it matters: I build the onboarding, process, and content systems that get reps to their number faster. No enablement title yet. Years of the work already done, including 3 years carrying quota directly.
The track record:
SDR: 123% to quota in a single month, off a pattern I found and taught to others.
Enterprise SDR: Built account strategy and held a minimum 75% opportunity conversion rate.
Enterprise AE: Navigated cross-sell with no process to follow, driving $750K+ in self-sourced pipeline in a single quarter, one deal closed ~45% above average, and built a Trial Framework that landed executive sponsorship.
Then: A restructuring cut the framework short. The decision became clear. Time to build enablement systems, and not on the side of a quota.
Since: Certified across Sales Enablement, Onboarding, Training & Coaching, GTM Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management. A portfolio of real frameworks, lived, not studied, including AI tools that automate the busywork enablement teams usually do by hand.
Open to: Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, and GTM Enablement roles- Specialist through Manager level. Remote, or hybrid/in-office in the Chicagoland area.
